Flu Vaccine

It remains an annual requirement that all students receive the influenza vaccine (flu shot). Proof of vaccination is due December 1, 2024! After receiving the flu vaccine, please provide proof of vaccine to the school nurse as soon as possible, before Dec. 1, 2024! Parents requesting to exempt their student from the annual flu vaccine for religious reasons, please contact the school nurse to complete the DODEA Religious Exemption Form. Please bring your Military ID. Proof of immunization must be turned in to the school nurse by December 1st.
